The North of England Senior League is for athletes from Under 17 upwards. There are 4 meetings across the course of the outdoor season each at a different venue (but all relatively local). Each athlete is awarded points for the team determined by the position they finish in an event – points are awarded even if you’re last so it’s worth trying an event you may not normally compete in but have had a bit coaching.
This year we want as many athletes to get involved as possible – it is a great day out with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Sign Up sheets are provided a few weeks before each event and the Final Team selection is published from this. We are in the North East Premier Division and we need a strong team that can cover the majority of events so we can finish as high in the League as possible.
